1. Introduction

Welcome to CloneVoice. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, application, products, voice generation tools, voice cloning features, subscriptions, credits, and related services.

By accessing or using CloneVoice, creating an account, uploading audio, generating voice output, purchasing credits, or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. About CloneVoice

CloneVoice is an AI-powered voice generation and voice cloning platform. The service may allow users to upload voice samples, provide text or scripts, generate synthetic speech, create voiceovers, and download or access generated audio files.

CloneVoice is intended for lawful, ethical, and authorized content creation, including uses such as narration, educational content, marketing voiceovers, creator workflows, business audio, and other legitimate audio production purposes.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use CloneVoice. If you use CloneVoice on behalf of a company, agency, client, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

4. Accounts and Security

You may need an account to access some or all features of CloneVoice. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including uploaded voice samples, generated content, purchases, subscriptions, credits usage, and any misuse of the service through your account.

5. Voice Rights, Consent, and Authorization

You may only upload, clone, imitate, synthesize, or generate a voice if you have the legal right, permission, and consent to use that voice.

By uploading a voice sample or using a voice with CloneVoice, you confirm that:

• you own the rights to the voice recording or have permission from the person whose voice is being used;
• you have obtained all required consent from the speaker;
• your use of the voice will not violate privacy, publicity, intellectual property, consumer protection, defamation, fraud, harassment, or other applicable laws;
• you will not use CloneVoice to impersonate any person in a deceptive, harmful, fraudulent, or unauthorized way.

CloneVoice may suspend or terminate accounts that use voices without proper authorization.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use CloneVoice for any illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purpose. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

• cloning, imitating, or generating the voice of a person without permission;
• cloning celebrities, public figures, politicians, influencers, private individuals, employees, family members, or any third party without authorization;
• fraud, scams, phishing, social engineering, identity theft, or financial deception;
• generating misleading audio that appears to be real speech from someone who did not say it;
• political manipulation, election interference, fake endorsements, or deceptive public communication;
• harassment, threats, blackmail, bullying, hate, abuse, or non-consensual sexual content;
• bypassing security systems, voice authentication systems, or verification systems;
• uploading content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• attempting to reverse engineer, overload, scrape, attack, or disrupt the service.

7. AI-Generated Output

CloneVoice uses artificial intelligence and third-party or self-hosted AI systems to generate speech and audio. AI-generated output may not always be accurate, appropriate, natural, error-free, or suitable for your intended purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, and approving any generated audio before publishing, sharing, selling, or relying on it.

8. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the text, scripts, prompts, voice samples, and other content you upload to CloneVoice, subject to any rights owned by third parties.

You grant CloneVoice a limited license to process, store, transmit, convert, analyze, and use your uploaded content only as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

Generated audio may be used by you for lawful personal or commercial purposes, provided that your input content, voice samples, and use of the output comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

9. Payments, Credits, and Subscriptions

CloneVoice may offer paid plans, subscriptions, one-time purchases, usage credits, or other paid features. Prices, features, limits, and billing terms are shown at checkout or inside the application.

Payments may be processed by Lemon Squeezy, which may act as the merchant of record for transactions. Lemon Squeezy may handle payment processing, taxes, invoices, fraud checks, billing information, and related transaction support.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the applicable payment provider to charge you for purchases, renewals, subscriptions, taxes, and other applicable fees.

10. Usage Limits and Fair Use

CloneVoice may apply usage limits based on your plan, credits, subscription, technical capacity, abuse prevention rules, or fair use requirements.

We may limit, pause, throttle, or refuse generation requests if usage appears abusive, automated, fraudulent, unusually heavy, or harmful to the stability of the service.

11. Refund Policy

Because CloneVoice provides digital AI generation services, consumed credits, completed generations, downloaded audio, and subscription access are generally non-refundable.

However, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may consider refunds where there is a duplicate purchase, technical billing error, or clear service issue that prevented reasonable use of the paid service.

Refunds may be refused where there is evidence of abuse, excessive usage, completed generation activity, fraud, violation of these Terms, or attempts to misuse CloneVoice.

Since payments may be processed by Lemon Squeezy, refund handling may also be subject to Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms, payment rules, fraud prevention processes, and chargeback prevention policies.

12. Cancellation

If you purchase a subscription, you may cancel it through the billing portal, account settings, Lemon Squeezy customer portal, or by contacting support.

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous payments, unused time, consumed credits, generated audio, or already-provided digital services unless required by law or approved by us or the payment provider.

13. Third-Party Services

CloneVoice may rely on third-party services for payment processing, authentication, hosting, storage, analytics, email, voice processing, AI model inference, and infrastructure. These services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control, but we aim to use reputable providers where possible.

14. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable access to CloneVoice, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, fast, or error-free.

Voice generation may be affected by model availability, GPU capacity, queue times, third-party APIs, maintenance, storage systems, network issues, or other technical factors.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to CloneVoice if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create legal or security risk, abuse payments or refunds, or use the platform for unauthorized voice cloning or harmful content.

We may also remove content, disable generated audio links, or preserve relevant logs where necessary for abuse prevention, security, legal compliance, or dispute handling.

16. Disclaimers

CloneVoice is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloneVoice and its owner, operators, affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or reputation.

You are solely responsible for how you use generated audio, uploaded voices, scripts, and outputs from CloneVoice.

18. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CloneVoice from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your uploaded content, your generated audio, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of third-party rights.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of CloneVoice after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
